Calypso was the town’s first Caribbean restaurant and still does things the same way: everything home-cooked, seasoned properly, and served with music playing and the canal just outside the door.

Meet Dave, the heart behind Calypso
Dave is a chef first and foremost. Cooking is what he has spent his life doing, and Calypso brings that experience together with proper food, music and a warm welcome.
